Little Walsingham with the famous Shrine of Our Lady is only 2.5 miles away. Holt, a small Georgian town full of interesting shops is only 7 miles to the East and Fakenham with its thriving Thursday market is within 4 miles. Only eight miles to the North of Great Snoring is the town voted one of the top two small seaside towns in England, Wells-next-the-Sea.
